2. We will calculate the parcel weight and size, shipping fee will be quoted.
3. The invoice will be sent to you within 3-4 working days.

Delivery fee for purchase below $150 is $20 (standard rate)

We are happy to receive your orders from many miles away.
Different shipping options will be provided to you so you can have a better comparison with the price and time taken.
Items will be securely packed to prevent any damage or breakage to the product.
Postage charges quoted are subjected to the total weight/volumetrical weight or whichever higher.

We want you to be real happy with the items you purchase from us, so please contact us if you have any issues after receiving your orders so we try to solve it as soon as possible.
Courier breakages - please notify us within 30 hours of receiving so we can arrange for the insurance claim with the courier company
International buyers
We appreciate your miles away orders, and all international deliveries are insured. Items sold are non-refundable, but if any breakage occurs upon receiving the items, please take a photo for us and contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly replace them with a same/similar item.

To be fair to our participants who have paid for the workshops, non-participants are not allow to 'tag along' or hang around the workshop. They may rest at the waiting area or explore other parts of our pottery jungle.

While utmost care and professionalism are put into our workshops, we are not liable for any accidents or mishaps that occur from use of our equipments or products. Signing up for our workshops means that you have read and understood this clause and hereby indemnify us from any liabilities.

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for registration. To avoid getting lost in the 'jungle', please read instructions on how to come to our venue below.

Cancellation Postponement Policy

If cancellation is requested 4 days before class commencement, refund request can be processed with an administrative fee of S$8 per pax. Otherwise there will be no refund.

If postponing is requested 4 days before class commencement, participant is allowed only one-time re-scheduling of class to another already available date of the same. Otherwise, your postponing request cannot be entertained. However, you may send a substitute or friend in your place.

In the event that we cancel the class due to instructor illness or minimal enrolment, participants will be notified by phone/e-mail, and be given the option to transfer to another class or to accept a full refund.
Collection of Artwork
Due to the nature of clay, it needs to go through drying stage and 2 firing stages. Thus art work will not be collected on the day of workshop. Though Singapore is a sunny island, it does rain quite a bit during certain periods, so we seek your kind understanding and patience to give us time if notification comes late.
We will send out notification via sms and email.
So if you happen to be overseas, sms may not be received & sometimes, our email notifications are being playful and it will go to your junk box, do check there too ok! :)
