  1. To be fair to our participants who have paid for the workshops, non-participants are not allow to 'tag along' or hang around the workshop. They may rest at the waiting area or explore other parts of our pottery jungle.

  2. While utmost care and professionalism are put into our workshops, we are not liable for any accidents or mishaps that occur from use of our equipments or products. Signing up for our workshops means that you have read and understood this clause and hereby indemnify us from any liabilities.

  3. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for registration. To avoid getting lost in the 'jungle', please read instructions on how to come to our venue below.

  4. We do not accept walk-ins.

  1. We do accept credit card payment, but we prefer paynow, paylah, and ibanking payment

  1. If cancellation is requested 4 days before class commencement, refund request can be processed with an administrative fee of S$8 per pax. Otherwise there will be no refund.

  2. If postponing is requested 4 days before class commencement, participant is allowed only one-time re-scheduling of class to another already available date of the same. Otherwise, your postponing request cannot be entertained. However, you may send a substitute or friend in your place. 

  3. In the event that we cancel the class due to instructor illness or minimal enrolment, participants will be notified by phone/e-mail, and be given the option to transfer to another class or to accept a full refund.

Due to the nature of clay, it needs to go through drying stage and 2 firing stages. Thus art work will not be collected on the day of workshop. Though Singapore is a sunny island, it does rain quite a bit during certain periods, so we seek your kind understanding and patience to give us time if notification comes late.

 

We will send out notification via sms and email.

So if you happen to be overseas, sms may not be received & sometimes, our email notifications are being playful and it will go to your junk box, do check there too ok! :) 

I Love Pottery Workshop - Art work will be ready in 3-4 weeks

Trial Potter's wheel - Art work will be ready in 4-5 weeks

Instructions to arrange courier will be included in the notification as well.

Driving

GPS may not be right, but don’t worry. 

Just follow these instructions :)

 

1. After you enter Nanyang Avenue, you will see Clean Tech Building -> Turn left to Clean Tech Loop -> Turn left to Clean Tech View -> Go straight ( ALL THE WAY till you see a right turn -> You will see a tall vase -> Go down the slope on the left -> Drive all the way in & you will see us!

Public bus (199 from Boon Lay Bus Interchange) x 5 minutes by foot

Alight at bus stop (Before Lor Danau)

1. Walk toward Launch Pad

2. On the right is Jurong Eco Garden, keep right and you will see a stairs.

3. Walk down and you will see our green backgate

Don’t follow GPS as it will lead you to a longer distance to our place.
