Please leave a message in the contact form below/email us:

1. Indicate the items you wish to purchase, quantity and your delivery address. 

2. We will calculate the parcel weight and size, shipping fee will be quoted.

3. The invoice will be sent to you within 3-4 working days.

4. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card / paypal

Buyers in Singapore

Free delivery for order above $75.

​

Door to door courier service is charged at $5 - $20 per delivery.

​

For orders below $50, delivery rate is $10

For orders between $51- $74, delivery rate is $5

​

​

Delivery day is every Friday, between 11am - 4pm.

​

International buyers

We are happy to receive your orders from many miles away.

Different shipping options will be provided to you so you can have a better comparison with the price and time taken. 

Items will be securely packed to prevent any damage or breakage to the product. 

Postage charges quoted are subjected to the total weight/volumetrical weight or whichever higher. ​

Buyers in Singapore

We want you to be real happy with the items you purchase from us, so please contact us if you have any issues after receiving your orders so we try to solve it as soon as possible. 

Courier breakages - please notify us within 30 hours of receiving so we can arrange for the insurance claim with the courier company

International buyers

We appreciate your miles away orders, and all international deliveries are insured. Items sold are non-refundable, but if any breakage occurs upon receiving the items, please take a photo for us and contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly replace them with a same/similar item.
